In conjunction with my latest podcast, my sister & I talked baby reading. And when we say "baby" we mean baby baby-- younger than 1 year or 12-month olds. So keep that in mind as you peruse this baby book list I compiled; it's specifically targeted for 0-12 months & the books may seem very basic, but that's because they are for newborn babies. I've never made a list like this yet, so I hope this one is helpful & points parents in the right direction as they start reading to their baby. _______________________________________________________________ Baby Books: 1. Every 4 years, our country experiences the privilege to elect our next government leaders & the President of the United States. It's an opportunity & a privilege, which we should teach our children more about.
As with many topics, I feel that reading picture books helps explain difficult concepts & perhaps also raises questions from our children that can help to further educate them on these subjects. Many of these books are pretty basic, because I have such young kids, but I found a couple of books that are more complex & descriptive of the election process. Please enjoy these 14 books I've selected & feel free to comment & share any voting books you have particularly enjoyed! _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ VOTING & THE ELECTION BOOKS: 1.
