That time of year has already rolled around-- the school year is starting in less than a month! And for the very first time, I am sending a child to school...every day. I'm just so grateful he's only doing half-day M-F in kindergarten. That's about all I can handle, especially when it adds to our pickup/dropoff schedule & means not having him home all the time. Do you know a kindergartner or have one at home? Here are some good picture books to share with them, in case they're anxious to start school!

And it is hands-down my favorite season, especially because of warm weather, but also swimming & parks, and watermelon & barbecues & a general release of busy, tight schedules. I also love the beach, and it's a shame I live so far from any beaches here in Utah. I like to get back to the east coast or California beaches when the opportunity presents itself for a vacation!

So I've used some of that extra time to do a pretty big Easter round-up to share with everyone! I curated books focused on Christ & the resurrection, new life, & then found a few fun ones about spring & hunting for Easter eggs too! I hope you & your family can find some new favorites in this round-up.
