More about JOT Journals: Karla Carlston started this business after a rough delivery & postpartum experience. There are different journals available, but the anytime journal is for ages 18+. It's unique because it's a repetitive prompted journal.  It in a range of beautiful colors with soft touch laminate covers. The journal consists of two pages with 12 prompts per entry, followed by two pages of blank lines for free writing. 
J.O.T. Journals can be completed in under 15 minutes per entry. The prompts are crafted to build habitual journaling practices, increase mindfulness, and ease anxiety all while keeping a record of your daily life.
